Return / Exchange / Refund Policy

If item is Not Available or Sold out, 100% refund will be issued.
In most cases, charging is done on the day of shipping.

If item has been Ordered, exchange is allowed and refund will be issued as store credit. 
This is universal policy for formal wear industry due to special nature of the business. There are some stores that offer no exchange no refund policy, but we will be glad to assist you with exchange process with the best customer service.  All events will be documented, and entire exchange process, including status for each item, will be available for you to view online for "peace of mind".  There is a 25% restocking fee on all returned items
All refunds will be issued as store credit, valid for one year. Items are carefully inspected before shipping but in case of damaged merchandise, same item/size/color will be sent without the exchange fee. 

Order Cancellation & Restocking Fee
Dear customer, please note that we are not able to return the dresses to manufacturer.
Due to size and color issues, NONE of our dress factories accept returns. 
This is a serious issue for us, and even with the restocking fee, we are still at a loss
(item cost, shipping cost, processing time and cost). 
If item status is showing "Ready to Order" then you may cancel without any fee.
If item status is showing "Ordered", "Received" there will be 30% cancellation fee.
If item status is showing "Paid/Shipped" then it can not be cancelled.

RA# (Return Authorization Number)
Before sending the merchandise back to us, you will need to use Live-Chat or call customer service and receive a Return Authorization Number (RN#), and write outside the box. 
You must write the RA# on the outside of the box below the return address.
All packages that do not have the RAN on the outside of the box will be refused. 
All items being returned must be postmarked within 5 business days of receiving them. The receive date is determined by the tracking number for your package.

*  The shipping charge to return the package will be billed to your credit card. 
*  Shipping charges and rush fees are non-refundable. 
*  Bras, undergarments, headpieces  can not be returned. 
*  Exchanged item can not be returned for exchange/refund.
*  Special Sale items / Clearance items are Final Sale, and they are not returnable.
*  Returned dresses will be carefully inspected. Any sign of wear, any amount of smell, stain, pet hair, missing or sign of wear showing on tag will disqualify for exchange/store-credit, and will be returned at customers expense.

Please complete and print the MERCHANDISE RETURN AUTHORIZATION FORM for returns.

Made-to-Order Items: (Items made at factory per request, taking 4-12 weeks for delivery)
Made-to-Order items are made at the factory after order has been placed, taking between 4-12 weeks.
Made-to-Order Items are not eligible for exchange or store credit.
